Project Details

Penilaian Kinerja Online is an internal web system developed to streamline the employee performance review process at Kompas. As a Fullstack Developer, I handled the entire development cycle — from designing the responsive user interface to implementing backend logic, managing databases, performing testing, and deploying the application through the company’s secure VPN environment.

The system was built using Laravel, Livewire, Tailwind CSS, and MySQL, providing real-time data interaction and responsive layouts that improve usability and efficiency for HR teams. This project helped digitize manual evaluation workflows, enabling faster review cycles, better accuracy, and centralized performance tracking.

Things I Did

Designed and implemented responsive UI components using Tailwind CSS and Livewire.
Developed backend logic, database schemas, and CRUD functionalities in Laravel and MySQL.
